Please register in advance with Paul Roder at ‘proder2@telcordia.com’, as to whether you will be attending in person, or will be joining the conference bridge. This is needed so to prepare in advance for visitors who will be physically at the location and for the number of ports required for the conference bridge. Participant registration will begin at 8:30 hours, 6 November at the Telcordia Customer Briefing Center reception area.

  • Access from Airport to the accommodations
    • There are several alternatives to get to local hotels from Newark International Airport, from other airports (e.g., John F Kennedy (JFK) or LaGuardia in New York City), or from other means of transportation (e.g., AMTRAK and New Jersey Transit [NJT] train stations). These alternatives are Taxis, Car services (also called Limousine services), and Rental cars. Please see the information below for Telcordia-recommended Car services. Rental cars can be obtained by making advanced reservations at the airport or train station, while taxis are available in designated areas at the airports and train stations.

  • DRIVING DIRECTIONS
    • From the East, North or Newark International Airport
      • Take New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 10 (I-287, Metuchen).
      • Follow signs to I-287 north and proceed north for 8.4 miles.
      • Take Exit 7 (S. Randolphville Rd).
      • At the end of exit ramp turn left onto S. Randolphville Rd.
      • Proceed to traffic light at Centennial Avenue and turn right.
      • Proceed to the light at Hoes Lane and turn Left
      • Continue 0.5 miles. Turn right at the light into the Telcordia Campus on the right at 444 Hoes Lane.
      • Once in the parking lot, take the first left following signs for the “Customer Briefing Center”. Proceed towards the building, on the left you will find the reserved Customer Briefing Center parking.
    • Alternate Directions coming from the South on the Turnpike
      • Take Exit 9 (Route 18, New Brunswick).
      • Take Route 18 North.
      • After 4 miles, you will cross the Raritan River. Continue straight - stay in left lane.
      • Route 18 North ends and becomes Hoes Lane.
      • Continue 1.7 miles to the Telcordia Campus on your left at 444 Hoes Lane.
      • Turn left at the light into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, take the first left following signs for the “Customer Briefing Center”. Proceed towards the building; on the left you will find the reserved Customer Briefing Center parking.
    • From the East (Route 22)
      • Take U.S. Route 22 to the Washington Ave./Green Brook jughandle and cross Rt. 22.
      • After 3.8 miles, turn right onto Lakeview Avenue.
      • At Stelton Road, turn left.
      • Proceed 0.8 miles to traffic light and turn right onto Old New Brunswick Road.
      • After 1.4 miles, at Centennial Avenue, Old New Brunswick Road becomes Hoes Lane.
      • Continue 0.5 miles. Turn right at the light into the Telcordia Campus on the right at 444 Hoes Lane.
      • Once in the parking lot, take the first left following signs for the “Customer Briefing Center”. Proceed towards the building; on the left you will find the reserved Customer Briefing Center parking.
    • From the North and the West
      • Take I-78 to I-287 South (Somerville).
      • Take I-287 South for 12.5 miles to Exit 8 (Centennial Ave, Highland Park, Middlesex).
      • Proceed straight through the light and continue onto Knightsbridge Road.
      • Proceed to the second light and turn right onto Telcordia Drive
      • Turn left at the stop sign into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, take the last right (before the Hoes Lane light) following signs for the “Customer Briefing Center”, where you will find the reserved Customer Briefing Center parking.
    • From The Embassy Suites at 121 Centennial Avenue
      • Drive northeast on Centennial Ave toward Knightsbridge Road for 1.5 miles.
      • Turn right onto Knightsbridge Road.
      • Proceed to the first light and turn right onto Telcordia Drive
      • Turn left at the stop sign into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, take the last right (before the Hoes Lane light) following signs for the “Customer Briefing Center”, where you will find the reserved Customer Briefing Center parking.
